Summer feels like it's own lifetime. Relaxing & also extremely draining. I feel like we did well, but boy was I done by the end. Summer recap...

Summer snack win:
Frozen yogurt snack: freeze yogurt in a pan with berries & cut into squares.
Also apple slices with PB & chocolate chips
Kicked off August with a beach day at Diefenbaker ~ a friends party with the Webber's, Mitchell's & Rahardjo's. Failed to get a group pick, but 13 kids altogether.

On August long weekend we had our friend Jamie visit us from Calgary ~ we had a lovely time & got a couple walks in... did the Caronport loop & a jaunt down to Wakamow followed up by ice cream at Snow Hut.

Things always looks better in pictures/hindsight, but this season felt exhausting. Thankful for the fun times we had & to get back in school routine!
