BC bound // summer road trip

Asher & Edie got to go on a special summer adventure to Gramma & Papa's house in BC ~ they took their first flight together (very nervous/excited) & played hard all week ~ lot's of swimming & playing with cousins, a lemonade stand, a motorbike ride with Papa, some shopping, some sleepovers & the fair!

Meanwhile... Joel & I had a lovely week at home with just the two boys & a bit more time to ourselves. We decided to hit up Drumheller en route to Calgary. We are officially passed the dinosaur crazed phase that ruled much of our lives over the past couple years, but I thought the boys would still enjoy it. We checked out the museum & the big T-rex in town. (In hindsight, they probably would have had more fun just climbing some rocks or something, but now we've been there).

though there are a lot of dinosaur bones at the museum along with a bunch of information; I myself prefer the "life-like" coloured models. Also, it'd be sweet if there were dinosaurs you could climb on/slide down? Too much to ask...?
