spring / 2023
Part 1.
Springtime! Winter felt much quicker this year!
I think having Joel on sabbatical this past semester as well as having our Cuba trip to look forward to made the time pass more quickly. Spring is a season I dread a little bit, what with all the constant dirty clothes & wet boots etc, but it didn't seem nearly as bad or long this time around.

Part 2.
Thankful for a beautiful Easter weekend & break this year ~ I love the hype of the trampoline once it's back up in action!
Part 3.
Did you think the snow was gone?
Me too! We were fully melted & nearly dry. But every year when you think you're in the clear & start putting winter stuff away it hits you. A late spring snowstorm. That's currently where April 20 is at. At least this year I didn't put everything away yet, cause I knew it was coming. I bet Joel a ways back that there would definitely be snow in April. (Totally won that one, babe).
Part 4.
It's May! Snow has re-melted. A beautiful week! I checked the calendar & from the last snow we had to the kids jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler was just shy of two weeks. That's a quick transition from snow boots to sandals. Loving the green grass, the warm sun & the start of patio hangs.
Cheers!
