We stayed home for the holidays this year & were thankful to have Joel's family come up for Christmas. We divvied the time & family between Melfort & Nipawin which worked out pretty well.

Not sure what the boys (Asher & Henry) were up to here but they amused themselves everyday all day together, it was awesome. & our hostess Jess was busy in the kitchen all day whipping it all together! Boxing Day everyone came out our way for some sledding & more games, coffee, etc.

The Houston Family 2016!

After all is said & done we've been keeping it low key - resting up & recuperating from being sick. There's a couple big events coming up now in January (baby, my mom's visit & Joel's defense) so this feels like the last week we have to mellow out before baby comes... I hope!
