Edie is One!

Our baby girl is one!

Jess, Evie & Henry came over on Edie's birthday to help us celebrate.

A pretty casual affair - coffee & cake, a few gifts to open, balloons, games with the kids etc.

Glad we could share it with some of our cousins & I think Edie enjoyed herself :)

Still practicing those steps & occasionally walking on her own when she feels like it ;)

Excited about seeing puppy dogs!

All eyes for Daddy when he comes home.

Likes jumping on the bed with Asher & climbing up steps,

playing piano & turning lights on & off.

I think God must've had a chuckle when he gave Edie to me... (I have a suspicion we might not be 'like mother / like daughter,' haha, in stature or personality?!) That said, Edie is full of spunk & character; she definitely adds another dimension to our family :)
