It's September First, People!

A morning off to make a much-anticipated recipe:

Baked Oatmeal.

I've wanted to try this recipe for quite some time now but couldn't find it! -

went through some old magazines yesterday & silly me,

there it was there all along...

Occasionally I get a mean craving for Avenue Diner's steel-cut oats

with lemon curd - (Best Breakfast Ever!)

but until I'm in Calgary again, this will do.

Our freezer full of berries is nice for just this sort of thing.
