The garden of late: fresh carrots, lettuce is lovely & peas are nice.

Tomatoes are still slowly coming - trimmed back a bunch of foliage recently - hopefully that helps. Finding recipes for beets, hence beet pizza... interesting, not? Had to try it!

Our "beetza" on the grill - feta, roasted beets & their greens with a few figs. Was quite delicious & nicely browned on the bottom.

With fresh peas!

Also made my first batch of Dills!

Lot's of little cukes coming up here but not Quite big enough for pickling yet - couldn't resist picking some up at the market.
