Went for a very rainy walk & went to a fun indoor pool as per the weather - tried out a hike with Jim & Carolyn, Sarah & the girls. with Violet, June & Ida take one, then you need to take one for everybody stopped in Cochrane for ice cream on the way back ~ very good. Did some downhill go-karting at the old Olympic spot. I heard about this from a person who stopped in at the Beacon one day & thought that it would be pretty fun to try. Unfortunately Edie is scared of heights, so the chairlift was a deal breaker for her, but she had fun with her cousins while we took the boys up for a few rounds. You can really get going on these things - it's just gravity & a brake! Asher was crazy fast & the younger two did great. Me & Davie coming in... // a date // Edie & June - the kids had a great time with their cousins James & a giant mushroom / on the road again BC bound...
